Well to make this harder for you to choose I would have to choose posters #2 for Amsterdam and #4 for NASA.
When I think of Amsterdam I do think of the waterways and the small bridges. I like the earth color tones. I’m assuming with that color pallette it will be in the evening/early morning? I really like the one point perspective it makes the waterway more engaging.
As for the NASA poster, the rocket ship grabs my attention quickly. As mentioned before before, bright colors the stars will greatly contrast with a dark background. I’m wondering what it would look like if the ship was tilted?

I really like the Amsterdam poster with the sunshine and the buildings (1). The color scheme you have is great too.
I like #3 for the NASA posters, I think adding white in for some of the stars will create great contrast with the darker blue included.

I like 2 and 4. I think #1 has a slightly better composition and I like the sun. #4 because it seems like a more complete design with the rocket too.
